WY series desuperheating and decompressing device is the third generation desuperheating and decompressing device, which is designed by our company with many years of design and manufacturing experience and absorbing advanced foreign product structure.
The desuperheating and pressure reducing device consists of pressure reducing system (desuperheating and pressure reducing valve, throttle orifice plate, etc.), desuperheating system (high pressure differential feed water regulating valve, throttle valve, etc.), safety protection device (safety valve, check valve), etc. The main characteristics are as follows:
1), the use of temperature and pressure relief valve structure, so that steam temperature reduction, pressure reduction in the same valve, so that the length of the whole device is greatly shortened, reducing the floor area, reducing the project investment. nbsp;

The throttle between the valve disc and the valve seat in the desuperheating and pressure reducing valve keeps the steam at a high flow rate (i.e., the desuperheating water spray point). Thus, under the condition of small steam flow, excellent atomization effect can be achieved. nbsp;
4) Noise reduction. The throttle orifice cover and the throttle orifice plate behind the temperature and pressure reducing valve play a role in decompression atomization on the one hand, and one of the main roles is to reduce noise in the system. Flow characteristics of temperature and pressure reducing valve: straight line or corrected equal percentage characteristic curve, which can be accurately controlled within the full stroke range to ensure that the secondary steam is within the range of 10~100% rated output, and the equipment operates stably for a long time. 6), the temperature water supply control system uses a straight stroke high pressure difference control valve, can reasonably distribute the pressure difference on the water supply system; the same caliber high pressure difference water supply control valve has different flow coefficient Cv values to choose from, so that the temperature control system adjustment sensitivity and accuracy greatly improved.
7), electric temperature reducing valve, electric water supply regulating valve with straight stroke electric actuator, remove the traditional lever hinge mechanism, reduce the empty stroke link, further improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the regulating system. nbsp;
